This amount will be charged at the time of confirming the contract and will be refunded at the end of the contract.

Mileage limits

If you see that one month you are going to exceed your mileage, don’t worry! The miles you don’t use will accumulate over the course of your subscription, so you can compensate by doing fewer miles one month.

However, remember that with Bipi you can contract a larger mileage pack during your subscription if you see that you are going to need them for a specific month. If you have any questions, you can always contact us, and we will be happy to help you.

Once your subscription ends, or when you change your car, we will compute the miles you have done, and we will charge £0.25 for each extra mile. Remember to check the price per mile as it may vary depending on the vehicle.

Information about the cancellation process.

You can unsubscribe and cancel your subscription from your profile on the website or by calling our customer service.

You only have to notify us 15 days before the renewal date of your plan to organise the return of the vehicle.

Vehicle maintenance

The maintenance of your vehicle is included in the price, so you won’t have to worry about anything!

In the event that a service light or warning light comes on in the vehicle, you should contact our Customer Service, and they will tell you how to proceed.
