What are the payment methods?

Only in cases where, after the verification and approval of your application, the risk department requests it.

This amount will be charged at the time of confirming the contract and will be refunded at the end of the contract.

What happens if I exceed the contracted mileage?

If you see that one month you are going to exceed your mileage, don’t worry! The miles you don’t use will accumulate over the course of your subscription, so you can compensate by doing fewer miles one month.

However, remember that with Bipi you can contract a larger mileage pack during your subscription if you see that you are going to need them for a specific month. If you have any questions, you can always contact us, and we will be happy to help you.

Once your subscription ends, or when you change your car, we will compute the miles you have done, and we will charge £0.25 for each extra mile. Remember to check the price per mile as it may vary depending on the vehicle.

How do I unsubscribe?

You can unsubscribe and cancel your subscription from your profile on the website or by calling our customer service.

You only have to notify us 15 days before the renewal date of your plan to organise the return of the vehicle.
